Featured in Visual Art Journal, May 2025 Issue

I am honored to have been selected as a featured artist in the 25th issue of Visual Art Journal (May 2025). The article explores how growing up in an international environment shaped my identity and led me to reconnect with my Japanese heritage through art. I discuss the themes of “peace” and “growth” in works like Blossom of Peace and Flourishing Cranes, my use of traditional Japanese materials such as washi and origami, and the importance of nature and cultural symbolism in my creative process. It was a true privilege to share my creative journey and be part of this vibrant collection.
